His combined background in engineering and business management enables effective alignment between technical delivery, financial performance, and commercial objectives.
He plays a key role in design coordination and delivery management, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely project outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle.
In addition, Ali contributes significantly to financial planning and market strategy. His ability to integrate technical expertise, financial insight, and market-driven strategy enables organizations to achieve sustainable growth and strong client relationships.

Junaid Ahmad
Ph.D. in Finance, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh
Junaid Ahmad is a highly accomplished finance professional with more than 10 years of overall experience, including extensive exposure to the Dubai and Indian markets. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, combining strong academic credentials with strong practical industry experience.
He specializes in financial management, accounting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and strategic marketing. In his role as Marketing & Accounts Head, he oversees financial planning and reporting, manages corporate accounts, and leads marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.

Faiz Asif

Mr. Faiz Asif is a highly experienced Civil Engineering professional with a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Delhi. He brings nearly 12 years of extensive experience in the India & UAE markets, having worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
He possesses strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of his core civil engineering domain, including project planning, execution, quality control, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. His exposure to India & UAE standards, codes, and regulations enables him to deliver projects in compliance with international best practices.
As the Civil Head, he plays a key role in ensuring project efficiency, technical excellence, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Mr. Dalip Singh
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak
With more than 15 years of professional experience in electrical design and site execution, Mr. Singh has successfully delivered projects across India and the UAE. His expertise includes power and lighting system design, electrical load calculations, authority compliance, and site coordination.
He ensures that all electrical systems are safe, energy-efficient, and regulation-compliant, supporting seamless coordination between design intent and on-site execution while maintaining high engineering standards.
Mechanical Lead
Mr. Z Hilal
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering –HRIT University Ghaziabad.
Mr. Hilal has over 8 years of professional experience in mechanical system design, delivering solutions in accordance with Indian and Middle East standards. His technical expertise includes HVAC system design, heat load calculations, firefighting and fire sprinkler system detailed engineering, and equipment selection.
In addition to design responsibilities, he actively supports project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that mechanical systems are efficient, compliant, constructible, and performance-driven across diverse project sectors.
BIM Lead
Mr. Shaan Mohammad
Mr. Shaan Mohammad brings over 12 years of specialized experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with extensive exposure to Middle East and Western market projects. His expertise includes MEP BIM coordination, model development, LOD management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
He plays a critical role in integrating BIM processes into project delivery, improving design accuracy, coordination efficiency, and construction readiness, while supporting international BIM standards and best practices.
